By Oregon governor mandate, all patients and guests are required to wear face masks when inside medical facilities. Please wear yours when entering the clinic. Once inside, go straight to the bathroom and wash your hands with soap before touching anything. Then return to the front desk where your temperature and % oxygen saturation level will be taken. You can then fill out your paperwork for the day. If you feel ill or suspect you may have been in contact with someone who has COVID-19, please call to schedule.
